The first black woman to lead Charlottesville, Virginia’s police department, has been fired.
Rashall Brackney joined the tumultuous department after the Unite the Rally, leaving one dead and others injured in 2017.
Brackney was trying to reform the department and regain the public’s trust. But before she could, she says she was terminated – wrongfully.
